This notice applies to Tomamu and Nekoma bookings handled by OTA. For Yubari, please refer to J-STYLE’s registration information.

返金・キャンセル / Refunds & cancellations
お客様都合のキャンセルの場合、開催初日を基準に以下の条件を適用します。
For cancellations by the participant, the following conditions apply, calculated from the first day of the course.

* 手数料とは、クレジットカード決済の手数料や、銀行での受取・送金の際にかかる手数料のことです。
* Fees include credit card processing fees and bank fees for receiving or sending payments.
サービスが提供されなかった場合 / If the service cannot be provided
災害やスキー場の都合、または講師の都合等によりサービス自体が提供されなかった場合は、受講料の全額を返金いたします。ただし、サービス以外の代金は返金対象外です（例：宿泊施設代金、交通費、旅行保険、振込の際にかかった銀行手数料など）。
If the service itself is not provided due to a disaster, circumstances affecting the ski resort or instructor, or similar reasons, the course fee will be refunded in full. Other expenses are not refundable, including accommodation, transportation, travel insurance and bank transfer fees.
